		<description>Hmmm... I&#039;ve read these same cases, and they seem completely consistent with the older ones to me. The outcome is different where the facts are extra complicated (confusion caused by the use of multiple computers and multiple household members) or where the pleadings are missing a key element (like the lawyer forgets to cite the fact that the plaintiff owns the copyrights to the songs at issue). But it is all a bit murky due to the odd nature of default judgments.
